Is Bonita Key local — and is this near the Florida Keys?
We're based in Bonita Springs on Southwest Florida's Gulf coast — not the Florida Keys, which are more than 100 miles away on the opposite side of the state. The name refers to Bonita Springs and our Paradise Coast home.
How often will you visit my home?
On a schedule we set together — typically weekly or every other week for a seasonal home, more often by request. After each visit you receive a dated report with photographs.
What do you do during hurricane season?
We prepare your property before a storm and assess it immediately after, documenting any damage and coordinating remediation. Summer is the longest, highest-risk vacancy for a coastal home, so readiness is built in.
We already have landscapers and staff — can you oversee them?
Yes. As former Estate Directors and Owner's Representatives, overseeing vendors and staff is exactly what we do — coordinating, supervising, and holding every team to your standard, always under your authorization.
